How it works

Giant World’s IP PBX Exchange is connected to the office IP PBX thru call forwarding configuration setups or via analog FXS/FXO, digital T1/E1 or SIP interface. The free Skype client can be installed on the remote employee’s laptop, which becomes a Softphone. With the Skype Softphone, remote workers can make and receive calls from the office for free, from any location where there is Internet connection.
