With Giant World Telecom’s Fixed Mobile Convergence (FMC), businesses can easily reduce their high international roaming and long distance costs associated with heavy travel in today’s global marketplace. This value added business application integrates a company’s office and mobile network via Skype, turning once costly mobile-to-office and office-to-mobile calls into free Skype-to-Skype calls. Mobile employees or Road warriors who are equipped with Skype-enabled mobile phones, like Verizon–Skype mobile or I-Phone’s, can affordably communicate with their Home offices from anywhere in the world, or call international clients programmed in their corporate IP PBX systems, or even, seamlessly access the company IP PBX right from their mobile phone to reach other corporate employees or clients to and from anywhere in the World.

How it works

With Giant World Exchange system, we connect people to the office IP PBX gateway thru simple conference bridge or thru local phone forwarding, analog FXS/FXO, digital T1/E1 or SIP interface. Now, employees are supplied with Skype-enabled mobile phones (3 Skype Phone, IPhone’s, standard phones with ATA adapters, 3CX enabled mobile phones, or any Skype mobile client loaded on a phone/PDA). To reach a colleague traveling on the road, an employee at the office can simply dial the traveling colleague’s Skype or Skype phone number from any desktop or mobile phones. The calls, coming into Giant World’s IP PBX gateway or Exchange, are automatically routed to the colleague’s Skype-enabled mobile or to any directed phone number. For a remote worker, calling the office, he/she clicks onto the company's Skype ID from her Skype-enabled phone to connect to the office IP PBX and then dials an extension number to contact the colleagues where there, in any part of the World.
