Skype/3CX Gateway Version Plan

Giant World now offers 3CX phone system, built with a Skype version and comes with both FREE edition and FULL version. This is a software based application, that runs on a non-dedicated Windows System and on the same computer as the 3CX phone system versions. It is a free add-on for 3CX Phone System users. The 3CX Gateway for Skype version, integrates Skype™ calls seamlessly into the phone system, allowing inbound Skype™ calls to be forwarded to call queues, ring groups, IVR applications and more.

The Skype Gateway version allows companies to save significantly on phone bills by using Skype for outbound calls, and more-over, users, can now, redirect calls to Skype numbers or to voicemail when out of the office and leverage Skype clients on regular and Windows mobile phones.

A Skype account can also be published on the website so that customers can call the company free of charge from anywhere in the World. Any Skype calls can be channeled through the company phone system just as a regular phone call and be forwarded to regular call queues.
